Returns, Refunds and Shipping

This website is operated by MEDECH SUMINISTROS, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA).
By making a purchase with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
This policy applies to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.
The parties agree that “User” shall mean any person of any nature who accesses the DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA website and/or any of the subpages displaying its content and/or any person of any nature who registers and/or uses any of the services offered through said website.
If the User makes a purchase, it shall be considered as full and express acceptance of the Policy set forth herein, as well as the other documents incorporated by reference, and the applicable laws and regulations in accordance with current legislation for the use of the Website.
DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA will not keep an individualized copy of this agreement entered into between the User and the Company, therefore the User is advised to keep a copy of this Policy for their own records.
Warranty
All products sold through DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA have a 7 business day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
The DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA Warranty consists of replacing the product with an identical one, and if there is no stock available at the time, a full refund of the amount paid for the product will be issued, excluding shipping costs if applicable.
To make the DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA Warranty effective, the Client must first contact us within the first 5 business days through the indicated means.
DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA is not responsible for damage caused to the product by handling by third parties responsible for delivering the product.
Cancellations
The User may cancel the purchase of Products made through the Website, provided that it has not been invoiced or processed.
Orders paid in advance or products requiring a deposit cannot be canceled.
If the Products have already been shipped by DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA, the User may not cancel the purchase and must follow the procedure outlined in the “Returns” section.
Returns
At DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA, we strive to provide high-quality medical products and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that in some cases returns may be necessary.
Returns will be valid under the following conditions:
If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your purchase intention, we will accept returns within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.
Products must include all accessories and manuals.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Returns of products that have been customized or modified according to the client’s specifications will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing the reason.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges of unused medical products in their original packaging will be accepted within 7 business days after receiving the order.
Products must be in new and unused condition, with all accessories and manuals included.
Shipping
In the case of a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Modifications to the Policies
DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA, as well as the User, acknowledge that this Policy is of unlimited duration and will come into effect upon its publication on the Site.
DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA reserves the right to make changes to this document without prior notice.
Therefore, DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA recommends that the User review this document regularly to stay informed of any modifications.
Changes to the agreement will become effective immediately after their publication on the Site.
Termination of this document shall in no case imply that DISTRIBUCIÓN MEDICA must compensate the User.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.
